Hotel Park Avenue, Kochi

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, mainly due to the unprofessional management that left me in a tough spot on New Year's Eve. Despite getting a confirmation email for my booking, I was turned away upon arrival, which put a damper on my holiday spirit. The location is decent, but the overall service and attitude of the staff were not what I expected, leaving me frustrated and in search of alternative accommodation.
